FIVE STARS

An incredibly moving story. It had me crying in a way that few books have ever moved me before. My heart ached for Kori, To have everything you could ever imagine one moment, and lose it the next. Newly unexpectedly single mom Kori moves back home and re-unites with childhood friend Maria. Maria and Kori pick up their friendship and Maria helps Kori. I love that. I love reading women supporting women! Especially strong characters.

Over all Forgiving Reed is very well written and will take you on emotional roller coaster. I don't know how to say more without giving away things. I will say you will fall in love with Reed and of course Rhett!

So there are a couple of times that through the blog an author will approach and offer me a copy of their book in exchange for an honest review. I am so beyond thrilled that Hanna Peach did just that!

I seriously could not get enough of these books, devouring both books in two days! I have to say that this is the best romantic suspense series I have read this year!  Let me share with you the synopsis of the first book, Bound by Lies.

(I LOVE a great cover...Kudos on the sexy cover!!!)

Synopsis:
Our love is on his terms. He contacts me only through notes − unpredictable and untraceable. When we meet, he can touch me, but I’m not allowed to touch him. HOLY mother of baby cupcakes!

There is suspense and then there is Hanna Peach's Bound by Lies. I LOVE this book! I am a new reader to this author, and am now completely in love!

This book will take you on an adventure! I don't want to give out too much, but not everything is as it seems. This book does deal with some strong issues, so those faint of heart, might not be the book for you. 'Kitten' has been through so much, having found her self in an impossible situation with a horrible man, she does what she thinks is right at the time. Caden is this beast of a man, who has his own issues. But let me tell you he knows how to treat a woman, and boy o boy does he show 'Kitten' that.

Together they find beauty in their brokenness, and hope. This book is sexy, sad, sweet, and will jerk at your heart.That is all I will say.

The conclusion of bound is exactly as you would want it to be. You learn so much about Caden, his past, how it is tied to 'Kitten', etc.
There are twists and turns you didn't see happening, and some you are so happy that you do.

I love Caden Thaine. He is such a warrior. I love him.

This has to be the best romantic suspense series I have read all of 2014!!!!!!!!!!!

Synopsis:

Ace’s Redemption is the first standalone novel in the Devil’s Despair series. Although the main character of Ace was introduced during the Lights of Peril trilogy, you do not need to read that series in order to follow this one.

Hands to hips, his voice is full of contempt. “Did he kiss you?” Hands braced to my sides, my voice is full of shock. “What? No, he didn’t kiss me! What are you…” He cuts me off, not letting me question his question, but accusation is evident in his tone. “Cherry?” Running my hands through my wind-blown hair and sighing, I make an effort to calm him. “Ace, I’m not your prisoner, and you’re not my warden. You would’ve had to figure out that sooner or later I’d need to make new friends.” “Yeah, but not Travis kind of friends.” “What does that mean? He’s your friend. Did you think we were stashed up in a sleazy motel room all day havin’ at each other like rabbits?” Putting his hand between us, his phone resting in his large palm - he uses it as prop - but avoids answering my question. His voice gets louder as he inches toward my face. “You should have answered your fuckin’ phone, goddamn it.
